Default April 22: Motherload of holidays

Today we have hit the motherload of holidays. Hold on to your hat as I start listing them all off:

Earth Day: Better make a cake and eat it ...

Chemists celebrate the Earth Day: They have to celebrate it since they mix all the elements of earth as part of their job... no earth, no job... although technically, no earth, no us

Girl Scout Leader Day: I salute you! Mary, I am going to be working on a girl scout kit, I promise!!

"In God we Trust Day" I am assuming for this you might want to go spend some money that says "In God We Trust" on it .... maybe to buy a cake.

National Jelly Bean Day: Did any of you save those up from Easter? I have 2 bags sitting and waiting next to me

Okay, so the list was shorter than I thought. I think I was counting some of tomorrows holidays when I went... HOLY COW, look at that list!

It's Monday!! Have a great one everyone!

Default April 23: Trying again ;)

I can't even keep my days straight anymore!!!! Thanks for setting me straight on the date

    SO, for TODAY:
Movie Theater Day: Ohhh, who is going to watch the Avengers? Or maybe tell me how the Hunger Games was...

International Marconi Day: This sounds close enougth macaroni that I think you can get away with eating macaroni and calling it a celebration!

Talk like Shakespeare Day: I think I am going to skip this day. I am not good with thee's and thou's, ye's and yea's

World Book and Copyright day: Ummm, read a good book?

In food it is National Cherry Cheesecake Day!!! I"LL TAKE IT!

LOL! Love it! I needed a laugh! Especially after getting back to my desk after 4 days and 1 weekend off...OMG what a mess. The cleaning fairy missed my office too! I had so hoped she would have came by and at least dusted while I was out...lol
Oh well, we also had another employee quit...geez people just don't want to work around here...lol
My hubby is looking for a job again too, his last BOZO decided not to pay him...there are so many crooked people these days that it worries me...seems like it is a rarity to be honest? I am going to stay rare though...lol
Loving all the new kits in the store last week! So many gorgeous ideas coming to my head with them!
Cherry Cheesecake Day, have you been talking to my hubby? That is his favorite...lol

HUgs all for a great day!

You had me at cheesecake - don't care what kind! Whole cheesecake, fork, in a movie theater - do you see where I'm going with this? I'm playing my own kind of hunger games!
