Amanda is a cancer patient. This Saturday is her 21st birthday. She's been talking about it for months. The nurses have a huge party planned for her Friday night. As of right this minute. we're not sure she's going to make it. They've had to up her meds and her extremities are blue. Just please say a little prayer for her that she is able to enjoy her birthday.

Update - We really didn't think she would make it through the night Wednesday, but she was doing better Thursday evening. The pet therapy lady came and Amanda was able to sit up and pet the dog. The lady brought her a copy of Marley & Me for her birthday and Amanda was thrilled. We're hoping the spirits being raised will help perk her up for tonight.
