Today is National Name Your Computer Day. since mine is a Toshiba, and if you don't treat it with the reverance due royalty, it doesn't play nice, I've named mine Queen of Sheba.

Today is also Absurdity Day. Goes right along with naming your computer there, huh?

It's also Universal Children's Day. It didn't say if you're supposed to eat them or what. I tried to find the clip of the kid trying to sell Girl Scout cookies to the Addams Family and them asking if they're made of real Girl Scouts, but it's apparently not on YouTube.

Speaking of thing that think they're royalty, it's also Cat Day. Of course mine thinks every day is Cat Day.

Ok, I'm naming my computer today. Hmmmm...POS......POSitively perfect! Which would count for my absurdity today, because it ISN'T positvely perfect. My CD burner decided to die and I was hoping to use it to create a slideshow of the wedding I'm shooting tomorrow. I wanted to play it at the reception! Ugh!

Oh, and I'm also celebrating absurdity day with the fact that I'm a little jealous of everyone who went to the movies last night! I loved the Twilight books, but I'm really not into all the hype. I do admit though that I secretly want to spend $10 to go see it at the "real" theatre rather than wait for it to come to our hometown thatre where I can see it for $4 and eat my $.75 popcorn and drink my $1.75 Diet Dr. Pepper. How absurd is this teenage girl trapped in a 36yo body?

ETA: Oh, and I ate all the PB Fudge so you'll have to make some more Kelly. Mmmmmm....it was yummy!

Darn Annette! I was just looking for that fudge. Kelly we definitely need some more please.

Cat Day - sorry, I am highly allergic so I will have to steer clear of them.

Happy Friday! Half the day gone and then I can leave work and go home!

I've never named my computers. Hmmm. It WOULD make it easier to yell at them...
