Today is National Mud Pack Day. You're supposed to give yourself a mud facial, or pay/con someone else to do it. So of course, since the mud brings the impurities in your skin to the surface so they can come out, by these weekend we'll all have zits. LOL BTW, the best type of mud for a mud facial is bentonite clay. Backyard dirt is not recommended, despite what preschoolers have practiced for years.
After your lovely and refreshing mud bath, unwind with a cup of Hot Mulled Cider, because this is the day for it. And we could use it here. It's 64 degrees. I'm freezing my butt off.
Hey, that's an idea Jen - no diets and exercise, we'll just take a trip to Alaska or Iceland or someplace and see how much we can freeze off!
And on that note, I leave you with Happy Hump Day!
