Today is Guacamole Day, and also Cinnamon Raisin Bread Day. So we're having french toast for breakfast made with cinnamon raisin bread of course, but for anyone who doesn't like it, I also made some with brown sugar maple bread and some of the blueberry cobble bread by Sara Lee. We'll do Mexican for dinner. There is this gorgeous waiter at El Potro....

In non-food related holidays, it's Collect Rocks Day (darn it, we lost them in the forum crash!), Play Doh Day (oh, Xandra, we need Play Doh people next ROTFL), Mayflower Day (we could hijack it and replace the English flag with a Jolly Roger), Working Parents Day (are there any other kind?), and Stay Away from Seattle Day (not a problem. Florida is about as far as you can get from Seattle).

Show off! Just kidding!:ninjalove:I miss my 800.:(

No raisins for me and I'm allergic to blueberries so I'll take the maple brown sugar french toast. And guacamole I can do! Love it! I might have to put some avocado on my turkey sandwich today....ooooh and some bacon!

LOL, I think I'll just ease into the day's celebration gently with another cop of cawfee...

Mmmm... Guacamole! We're having tacos tonight!

Annette, one of my favorite sandwiches has turkey, bacon, avocado and cream cheese!! Of course there's all the veggies too but, I think I know what lunch is gonna be!! :)

Stay away from Seattle? Why? Its a beautiful day in the Pacific Northwest!

Then again with the cost of gas and this tooth pain I won't be heading up to Seattle today anyway.

Guacamole sounds excellent. Maybe I can manage to venture out for some Mexican food. I could certainly find something soft enough to eat and still be enjoyable.
