September 15 - What's that on your head?

Today is National Make A Hat Day. It can be a paper sailor hat, some Carmen Miranda monstrosity, or anything in between. It can be for you or someone else. Wearing it is optional, but of course half the fun. ;)

It's also National Woman Road Warrior Day. So let's put on our spiked leather vests and listen to Iron Man. Oh wait. They're talking about travellers. That's good, because this was starting to sound porn fairyish anyway.

I'll eat linguine anytime. Leftover pasta for breakfast is a fave! I think I'll make a paper pirate hat to wear on Saturday while I'm talking like a pirate.

No linguine here today... What we really want is tacos but, we have no lettuce... So not going to the store right now!! LOL Quick trips are just as bad a s big ones when I'm alone with a 2 year old!! I really can't wait until hubby's back on day shift. Something about him sleeping all day irks me. I know he worked a 12 hour shift last night but, it's easier to deal when he's at work during the day! LOL

I remember when my DH was doing night shift - it was quite icky, and we didn't even have kids yet. Glad you don't have that long left, Jamie.

The only hat I seem to be wearing this morning is the nagging mother hat, and I hate it.

Hmmm, I was thinking of making a baby hat-so I may just be doing that today since MY computer is not working (won't get past the opening Windows screen...I am SO SAD). I am borrowing DH's computer--which means no digi scrapping for me today! :o(

Linguine with alfredo sauce sounds scrumptious at the moment, so we might just have that for dinner! Yummers!!

Linguine sounds excellent. I can even eat that after the dental work I had this morning. At least I can if I can stay awake long enough while under the influence of pain pills. LOL
