She needs a name. Any suggestions?
Today is I Am In Control Day. Hide the hubbie's remote.
It's Take A Walk In The Park Day. And when you get tired, I'll pick you up on the back side in the new car.
It's National Doctor's Day. Maybe we can take up a collection to send our medical director somewhere far away where there are no phones. :)
It's Pencil Day. Does eyeliner pencil count? Cause Medicare makes you write in ink.
It's The Grass Is Always Browner On The Other Side Of The Fence Day. That would be my side of the fence. LOL
It's Turkey Neck Soup Day. Does it cure turkey necks?
Off to the salt mines. If anyone has any eye candy, feel free to add.

Yay, Kelly!! No walks in the park here today, the snow is coming down sideways... No need to hide the hubby's remote, he'll be going to bed in the next hour anyways... Now, DS on the other hand... LOL Our TV goes on Disney in the morning and, other than TIVO, doesn't change til prime time... LOL

Ooooooh, Kelly!!! She's purty! Are you into real names or descriptive? My DD has a green Honda Element fondly christened "Shrek," and DH's motorcycle is Brutus. Other than that, the only car we named was our first one, a jade-green Buick Regal that we had no business buying brand new but did anyway. We were so excited by the cruise control (yeah, I'm old and it was a bit of a luxury in the olden times) that we joked it was like having a chauffeur, so we called the car Jasper.
Yours makes me think of Sally (ride, Sally, ride) or Ruby 'cause it's such a beautiful color. Or Hermione, because it's fun to say :)

Congrats Kelly - no help on names here though. I have never named a car.
Happy Passover to everyone celebrating!

Love the car Kelly! It would be a good day to spend at the park. It is in the mid 60's here and will be in the 70's by the end of the week.

I had a 78 Ford Fairmonth at I nick named "the Pig" but I think your beeeUTful new ride looks like a "Beulah", though I like the way Hermoine sounds too :)

we are experiencing weird weather..blue skies then 20 minutes of a downpour! Luckily my walk was not in the downpour, but the winds egads, I burned way more going into that dratted wind...
found some yummy looking green chile' , made up green chile chicken enchiladas with my youngest who has been begging to cook...silly girl, falling into my plan to train them all up to cook one night a week! bha ha ha

If it makes you feel any better, Anne, I have no car right now :( I drove (and paid for) Shrek while DD1 was in Korea, but then she came home and got a job a half hour away. So here I am. Me 'n the dog, with no wheels. This is the first time I don't have wheels in 23 years, and it is simultaneously demeaning to beg for a vehicle, and slightly smug because I don't have a car so other people have to run my errands...
Mostly demoralizing, though. I'd even take a minivan (been there, done that, got places).

I am borrowing a friends car at the moment it is a Volvo so I love it. I have been listening to his I-Pod and found the perfect song for his car it is called Volvo driving Soccer mom by everclear! It is hilarious! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xK_XWH7Ryd4 The car in this video looks almost just like the one I am driving.
As for a name for your car I have no idea. I always name mine after I have driven them for a week or so. It all depends on how the car feels. It will tell you its name.
