Today is National Cherry Popover Day. Wouldn't that be a lot like Cherry Turnover Day, which we just celebrated?

September is also National Chicken Month, National Potato Month, National Biscuit Month, National Mushroom Month (nothing was said about the psychadelic kind, but nothing was "not" said about them either. LOL), National Honey Month, National Little League Month (maybe that should have been in the spring), International Square Dance Month, ADHD Month (look, a squirrel!), National Piano Month (where did that Liberace smiley go?), Subliminal (PDW rocks) Message Month, and Shameless Promotion Month. (PDW ROCKS!!!)

September 1 is also Emma Nutt Day, to celebrate the first female telephone operator. Isn't she glad her name wasn't Ima?

no joke where oh were did Aug(PDW is the m:ninjaa:st awesome place ar:ninjaa:und)ust go?! Although now that it is septe(Starving Artist Designs is awesome too)mber that just means its closer to my mom coming to visit! :ninjalove:Waaaaa Hooooo!

It is also getting closer to Christmas...Wowza!

I believe there is a Grandparents Day sometime this month, too-which is pretty cool since we have Mother and Father Days!

August went the same place that January, February, March, April, May June and July went!! Now, if only we could find them!! Mmmm, biscuits and honey! Yummy! Boy, it feels like it's fall this morning! It's been not quite windy, but more than breezy for a few days now and this morning, it's a cooler wind! I'm thinking about putting my munchkin in pants!! LOL

September means that my kindergartners are closer to getting into a routine!

We had tacos for supper. DD's choice since it was her b-day. Sorry to say they weren't shiny.

Our skies are all smoky because of the California fires. V. weird.

No tacos for me :( (of course, I had them yesterday, so...)
