Today is Women's Heart Health Day.

It's also GI Joe Day. Here's a little something for that, and also to help your heart.

My brothers had many GI Joes over the years, but none of them looked like Channing Tatum.

It's also Serpent Day. That might give a few people around here a heart attack.

It's also Hula in the Coola Day. I have no idea what that means, and no one bothered to explain it. But hula dancing is great cardiovascular exercise.

It's Robinson Crusoe Day. Here's one more for your heart, Pierce Brosnan starring as Robinson Crusoe.

It's Spunky Old Broads Day. If you take care of your heart, you will live to be one. I plan to be the old woman causing the trouble in the nursing home. Who wants to help?

It's Give Kids a Smile Day. Smiles are good for your heart. Laughter is even better. Seriously. It's like cardio exercise.

And finally, it's Working Naked Day. If you're doing this, please don't turn on your webcam. Unless you're Channing Tatum.

There's a hilarious (and bawdy) movie called Matador that has Pierce in it, and he is NOT pretty, and it is FUNNY. It made me like him all over again (hello, Remington Steele!) but then he ruined it with Mama Mia...
